Custom Order Info

NOTE: MADE TO ORDER - Custom Orders can take 7 - 14 days to fulfil. It all depends on how the size of the order & what products are in the order.

How to make a 'Custom Order'?

Custom Orders are made by messaging Boho Tranquility Creations via email, Instagram or Facebook message with your request. Once your Custom Order has been organised, a listing under either your name or Instagram handle will be uploaded to the website in the collection/category "Custom Order Listings".

Then simply add it to your cart & check out as normal. 

OR

Head to the collection called "The Candle Bar" & you will find each available candle size. Each listing has all available scents & a few questions which will help me create candle exactly how you imagine it be. 

What is a 'Custom Order'?

A 'Custom Order' is for customers who wish to request a specific item/s tailored to suit your needs.

- Eg: you want a large candle for your wedding table with crystal chips in a Boho theme, scented in Caramel Vanilla. With a label suited to your wedding date.

Custom Orders can even include specialised "Gift Boxes", whether it be for a birthday, baby shower or any special occasion. 

NOTE: "Gift Boxes" come packed & ready to be gifted straight away.

"Gift Boxes" prices are reduced due to being a "bundle" deal.

SCENT/FRAGRANCE: Under the "The Candle Bar" tab on the website, there is an "Aroma List" tab. Click on this for a full list of all available scents/fragrances. This list is updated regularly.

DECORATIONS

A variety of decoration choices are available, ranging from crystals chips, tumbles & raw chunks. Various seashells & starfish. + more!

Note: Boho Tranquility Creations does NOT put botanicals/dried florals on candles due to insurance reasons.
